RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At The Bravery Experience, we’re committed to ensuring you’re thrilled with your purchase and completely satisfied.
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If your item arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us at info@braveryexperience.com right away, and we’ll make it right.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The return must be received by The Bravery Experience within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition—unworn, and unused. The item should be free from any marks, including deodorant stains, pet hair, or other debris.
- We do not offer returns for "change of mind".
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
- Returns are processed through store credit only.
EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. The exchanged item must also be in original, unworn condition, with any tags intact, and free from marks or debris.
Exchange Terms
- Items must be new, unwashed, and unworn. The Bravery Experience reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet these criteria. If your exchange is rejected, you can opt to forfeit the item or pay for return shipping to get it back.
DISCOUNT CODES
Once an order is placed, discount codes cannot be retroactively applied. If you experience issues with applying a discount code at checkout, please reach out to us at info@braveryexperience.com before finalizing your order.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
LOST SHIPMENTS
While we do our best to assist in any situation, The Bravery Experience cannot be held responsible for errors caused by shipping carriers (such as USPS or UPS) or mistakes in the shipping address entered at checkout. If a package is lost, unclaimed, damaged, or undeliverable, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier directly. We are not liable for any missing, damaged, or undeliverable packages.
USPS Claims
For any issues involving USPS claims, please contact them directly with your tracking number.
HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY
To ensure you get exactly what you want this holiday season, we offer an extended exchange window until 5 days after Christmas. If an item doesn’t fit or needs to be exchanged for another size, you can do so within this timeframe, provided the item is still available. The item must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, free of any marks, hair, or debris. Please have the original order number ready and contact us at info@braveryexperience.com to process your exchange.
